💙 Tuesday Truth – Faja Realness & Body Goals ✨

Bleu Bells, let’s get real for a moment. The truth is, I hate wearing a faja—it’s leaving scars on my body because I wear it all day long, trying to avoid the gym. But guess what? It’s not a solution!

Wearing a faja just pushes down the stomach fat; it doesn’t build the muscles we need after having a baby. There’s no shortcut—consistent workouts, healthy eating, and strengthening those core muscles is the only true fix. All the videos and quick-fix nonsense out there? Bullshit. It’s just a band-aid. If we really want change, we need to work for it. Period!

So, this Tuesday, I’m challenging myself (and you!) to ditch the band-aids and commit to the real work. It’s time to show up, hit the gym, and stop lying to ourselves. That’s my Tuesday Truth—what’s yours?
