Let's face it, consistency is crucial, especially when you're gunning for results.

My morning and night routines are all about being strict, simple, and routine. I stick to the same process for both AM and PM.

1. Cleansing with PanOxyl: First, I use PanOxyl face wash with 10% benzoyl peroxide. At 36, acne is still a reality, and this product has been a game-changer.

2. Cold Water Wash: I wash my face with cold water after the shower. This helps avoid the pore-clogging effects of hot water.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar Toning: I dilute Bragg's apple cider vinegar with water and gently apply it with a cotton pad. This natural toner is fantastic for balancing the skin's pH.

4. Aloe Vera for Nourishment: I apply fresh Aloe Vera gel directly from the plant onto my face. It's amazing for fading dark marks and hydrating the skin.

5. Hydration and Protection: Finally, I lock in the moisture with Neutrogena's Hydro Boost SPF 50. It's hydrating without being greasy – perfect for oily skin.

Strive for at least 8 glasses of water a day to keep your skin hydrated and working properly
