This week’s buzz is all about transparency—real conversations about building content, managing money, and paying off debt while chasing the life we truly want! Let’s be real—this journey isn’t easy, but it’s necessary (y’all already know my motto).

I’m in a space where I’m fully locked in on building this ShayBleu brand while also supporting my partner, Calvin, in building his. And let me tell you—this is the most exciting chapter of my life. I’ve never felt this drive to create, and I know exactly where it’s coming from. Sariah. Calvin. This family. The future we’re about to build.

I know deep in my heart that this can change our lives if we stay consistent, stay disciplined, and hold each other accountable. But let’s keep it real—this is hard.

Accountability + Clarity = Success

Tiffani, one of my best friends, told me that she and her husband sit down every month for a meeting to go over their goals. 💡 And guess what? That’s exactly what Calvin and I are doing now.

We sat down today and talked about the real shit. No fluff. No sugarcoating. Calvin hit me with a challenge:

🚨 100 pieces of content every single month. 🚨

HELL YEAH, LET’S GET THIS DONE! 🙌🏾

That means no more distractions. No more mindless TV watching. No more scrolling. No more waiting for the “perfect time.” That time is NOW. Our family and future depend on us.

1️⃣ Have the REAL Conversation With Your Partner

Sit down and ask each other:

• What do we truly want from this life?

• What’s the vision?

2️⃣ Get Brutally Honest About Money

• Lay everything out. The debt, the income, the goals.

• Who is responsible for what?

• What’s the deadline for paying off this debt?

• How do we split the bills while still saving and investing?

3️⃣ Plan Your Content & Execution

• What type of content will you put out?

• How often? What’s realistic but challenging?

• How do you check in on your progress?

4️⃣ Stick to a Weekly Check-In

• No skipping. No excuses.

• Review wins and losses.

• Adjust, tweak, and keep moving forward.

5️⃣ Focus on the Long-Term Vision

• What does success look like for your family?

• How does this impact your kids, your household, your legacy?

• Are you giving this your all?
