Tuesday Truth: I Hate My Body, but It’s Time to Change! 💙

The truth this Tuesday, Bleu Bells, is that I hate my lower belly—it sometimes makes me feel so self-conscious and even a little depressed. But the real truth is that I can’t keep saying what I don’t like and doing nothing about it! I’ve been complaining about my body but not taking the action to change it. That stops today.

I have a YMCA membership (shoutout to them for their amazing child watch program 🙌), so I have no excuse not to get my butt to the gym 2-3 days a week. No more excuses—Sariah deserves to see her mama confident, strong, and putting in the work to feel her best. This is my truth, and I’m holding myself accountable!
